To keep your Ksink Ksink in the best possible condition, and lasting a long time care must be taken when cleaning, maintaining, storing and transporting.
Below is a general guide with a few tips on how to do this.

Cleaning and Maintaining

Picture
To clean your Ksink Ksink, it is recommended to use a dry, lint free cloth, dabbing it in a small container of soap water, wiping your Ksink Ksink all over, and immediately drying your cleaned Ksink Ksink.
Although all metal will eventually tarnish and oxidize, to help keep a nice finish it is recommended to use a light mineral oil (4 -5 drops), applying it with a dry, lint free cloth and wiping it over the entire surface, front and back. Repeat as needed until a light sheen is visible.

DO NOT OVER OIL
Excess oil will cause dust and debris to build up on your Ksink Ksink, and could cause oil to get on the skin of your drum.

Some people perfer the old, broken in, well-used look.

Carefully storing and transporting your Ksink Ksink will help keep them looking great, prevent damage and ring loss.
It is recommended to carefully wrap your Ksink Ksink in a small dish towel, being careful to wrap each Ksink Ksink separately, so they do not touch each other.
